NOW HIRING – CDL Driver

Position Summary

You’ll be asked to drive GR Mitchell trucks and aide with the loading and unloading of building material deliveries to our customers. This position requires a valid CDL. Moffett experience is beneficial to performing this role, but is not required. This full-time position based out of Willow Street is second shift (11:00 – 7:00/12:00 – 8:00), typically Monday through Friday with the occasional request to work on the weekend.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Drive company vehicles to deliver lumber, decking, drywall, and other building materials. Most deliveries are within a 2 hour drive of Willow Street (position does not include overnight hauling).
  2. Help prepare loads to fulfill customer orders.
  3. Review load for accuracy before departing.
  4. Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from contractors at delivery site.
  5. Assist with unloading items from vehicle. Position requires the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
  6. Adhering to assigned routes, safety protocols, and following schedules.
  7. Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
